Overview

Momento respects intellectual property rights. Event hosts and guests are responsible for content they upload. If you believe material on Momento infringes your copyright or shows you without consent, use the process below.

Who to contact

Send a detailed notice to cameramomento@gmail.com with subject line Copyright / Takedown Request.

For privacy-related removal (not copyright), email cameramomento@gmail.com.

What to include

  • Your full name and contact email
  • Identification of the copyrighted work or your likeness you want removed
  • URL or event link where the content appears (event name, guest nickname if known)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, you are authorized to act
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What we do

  • We review valid notices promptly (target: within 5 business days)
  • We may remove or disable access to the reported content
  • We may notify the event host and uploader when appropriate
  • Repeat infringers may have accounts or events suspended

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, reply to cameramomento@gmail.com with a counter-notice explaining why the content should be restored. We will review and may restore content if appropriate.

Host responsibility

Event hosts must ensure guests have permission to upload photos of other people and must respond to moderation requests. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
